This course combines psychology and behavioral sciences to improve public policy, using practical examples from local and global experience.
The program is intended for post-graduates and faculty members of local Universities interested in social science research in general and public policy research, analysis, and evaluation in particular.

Regulatory impact assessment (RIA) is both a decision-making process and document used by policymakers to guide them in determining whether and how to regulate to achieve public policy objectives.
This course focuses on normative values ​​and ethical dilemmas in public policy, with the aim of providing participants with a critical perspective on policymaking.

This course uses the tools of game theory to study strategic behavior in real-world situations with a special emphasis on public policy and public management.

This course focuses on security issues/challenges in their relation to governance and everyday political life in Central Asia and Kazakhstan, in particular.

The purpose of the course is to enable participants to understand which policy tools could be employed to create a thriving tourism sector.
